Preview assessment only service:
For purchasers who require preview assessments, but who are not registered with Devon Property & Home Search Ltd., these can be provided at individually agreed prices starting from as little as £40 - £50 each.
Example of costs utilising our full service package:
Example of property advertised at £325,000 and eventually purchased with the assistance of Devon Property & Home Search Ltd. for £315,000, over a 4 month period.

In addition to the saving of £10,000 by the overall reduction of the price of the property, there are the significant savings in terms of travelling costs, a 500 mile round trip @ 40p/mile* would amount to £200 plus the costs of meals, possible overnight stays, as well as other costs incurred whilst staying away from home. For a family of four, the costs could easily exceed £500 for 1 weekend alone!
